Contaminated sites collect decades of reports, regulator letters, monitoring data and consultant work. When a question comes up during a review, a transaction, a regulatory response or a lawsuit, the answer is usually somewhere in those files. The hard part is finding it fast and proving where it came from.
Staff leave, consultants rotate and priorities change, and every time, someone starts reading from the beginning again. We started Statvis so that every learning is captured once, cited to its source, and kept for the next person who needs it.
